GSG Payment and Class Policies Effective 8/20/19
All class registration needs to be done through the GSG Parent Portal:
Annual Registration Fee:
This fee is $45 per member or $80 per family. Registration is due at the time of initial enrollment and renewed annually each year thereafter your anniversary month. This fee covers the cost of insurance as well as registering and maintaining family records.
Monthly Continuous Enrollment: Payments are made monthly & you do not have to worry about your spot being taken. You are guaranteed your spot continuously if your account balance is paid by the 24th of each month. You are more than welcome to join a class at any time if there are available sports in the class. We will prorate the tuition accordingly.
You must schedule make-ups in advance by contacting the office via email or at 603-935-9816. This will allow us to not overload our classes. Makeups need to be schedule within 2 months of the missed class & tuition must be up to date. There are no credits or refunds for missed classes. There are no makeups for team gymnasts.
Second child registered receives 10% off their monthly tuition. Third & on receive 25% off their monthly tuition.
Multiple class enrollments receive 15% off first additional class tuition & 25% off third & on class tuition.
We offer a 10% military discount on all monthly tuition.
No discounts on privates, team fees, registration, pro-shop, aftercare, camps, etc.
Payments of classes are due at time of registration. This enables us to keep a more accurate count of how many students are enrolled for each class without overbooking classes.
Tuition is billed monthly. A gymnastics month is 3 – 5 weeks. Because of holidays, some months are shorter. However, we do not charge you extra for long months.
It is highly recommended that each family have a credit/debit card for payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
Tuition will be posted on the 20th of the month. Tuition is due on the 25th of the upcoming month.
Late fee of $10 if your tuition is not paid by the 1st of the month.
If payment is made prior to the 24th via check or cash, then no fees will be charged to your credit/debit card on file.
Granite State Gymnastics does not offer credits and/or refunds for cancelled classes due to holiday, vacation, illness, weather, etc. In the event the GSG closes for a hosted meet, we will pro-rate tuition for that month.
Minimum Class Size:
The minimum class size is 3 children and we reserve the right to cancel any class that does not meet the minimum number of children.
If you need to become inactive in the program, you will need to contact the office before the 25th of the month.
