Our Story

Granite State Gymnastics was purchased by Matt Bogaczyk in 2007. At the time, all three of his daughters were competitive gymnasts – and the former collegiate football player and wrestler realized that he could spend more time with his kids if he immersed himself in the sport they loved.

Since purchasing Granite State Gymnastics’ Bow location back in 2007, Matt has done just that. However, he had no idea at the time how much the sport of gymnastics would impact his life. Matt spends most of his waking hours at Granite State Gymnastics and has developed intricate knowledge of the sport, coaching gymnasts at all levels.

In the fall of 2017, the Bow and the Hooksett gyms were combined into one new and improved location in downtown Hooksett, allowing all the gym’s programs to occur under one roof. For over a decade, Matt and the other coaches, many of whom were competitive gymnasts themselves, have been sharing their love for gymnastics with every gymnast at Granite State. The coaches have helped numerous gymnasts advance in their skills, push past mental blocks, and achieve their goals.

The programs at Granite State have grown over the years, too. They now include many recreational classes for both boys and girls of varying age levels, as well as competitive Xcel teams and competitive Junior Olympics teams. Granite State also offers before- and after-school programs and weekly open gyms.

Granite State is also very excited about one of our newest programs, Tumble Bees, which combines preschool and fitness like none other. Here at Granite State, we offer programs for every type of gymnasts: the beginner and the advanced, the young and the old, and the competitive and the recreational.
