Pre-Team
Ages 3–4 | Invitation Only
Our earliest entry point into the team track. Focuses on coordination, listening, and foundational skills to prepare for progression.
Gymnasts may participate in 2–3 in-house meets each year.
1 hour per class | 1–2 days per week
Mini Stars
Ages 5–6 | Invitation Only
For young gymnasts ready for more structure than recreational classes. Athletes begin learning routines while building strength and confidence.
Participates in 2–3 in-house meets each year
1 hour per class | 1–2 days per week
Shining Stars
Ages 7+ | Invitation Only
A structured in-house team experience bridging the gap to competitive gymnastics.
Gymnasts learn routines and participate in 2–3 in-house meets each year.
1.5 hours per class | 1–2 days per week (2 days highly recommended)
