Do you offer a free trial class?
We currently do not offer free trial classes. However, we provide the option to pay for a single class to help you decide if our program is the right fit before committing to a full session. We’d love to have you try it out!
How do I register for a class?
You'll want to register online or through the parent portal using the link below.
What does my child need to wear to glass?
The right clothing can make a big difference in your child’s comfort and ability to move freely. Here’s a breakdown for what preschool and grade school kids should wear to gymnastics class:
Preschoolers:
- Comfortable outfit or Leotard: A comfortable t-shirt and shorts or tank top and leggings are great, and a well-fitting leotard works well, too.
- Hair: Tie longer hair away from the face with a ponytail, braid or bun.
- Footwear: Bare feet are usually best, but soft, non-slip socks can be worn if needed.
Grade Schoolers:
- Leotard or comfortable outfit: As your child progresses, a leotard can become more beneficial. However, comfortable athletic wear is also acceptable.
- Hair: Tie hair tightly away from the face to prevent it from getting in the way.
Footwear: Bare feet are generally preferred.
My child missed a class, can we do a makeup?
We always encourage you to come to your regularly scheduled class, however, if you miss a class you will have 2 months to schedule a makeup class or you can come to an open gym for free.
When are payments due?
Monthly tuition gets billed on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month. There is an annual registration fee charged on the date of your initial enrollment each year.
How will I know if my child is ready to move to a different class?
Each program has multiple factors to consider before graduating to the next level. Your child’s coach will let you know when it is time for them to be moved up depending on the program they are participating in. If you ever have any questions about your child’s progress, please feel free to reach out to their coach. We’re here to help!
What is your drop policy?
Members wishing to drop from gymnastics classes must notify the office prior to the 25th of each month. Once we have drafted tuition on the 25th month, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Will my tuition be prorated for holiday closures?
No. We include a minimum of 48 classes per calendar year in tuition. Most months have four classes, while some months have five classes and a few months have three classes.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes, private lessons & semi-private lessons are available. You'll want to book with your child's coach. $80/hour or $50/half hour.
How does the waiting list work?
If a class is full, it will say “waitlist” next to it, which means that there is currently no space in the class. However, if you add your name to the waitlist, we will let you know when a spot becomes available. In order to be on a waitlist, you must create an account. There is no charge to be on a waitlist, and your credit card is only charged when you are actually enrolled. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing how long someone will be on a waitlist as it depends on the individual schedules and skills of those who are currently enrolled in the class. We check our waitlists daily and will notify you promptly when a spot opens. Once notified you will have three business days to respond before we move onto the next person on the waitlist.
